Kansas Whitetail Ranch

This bountiful ranch is located in prime whitetail country in Central Kansas near Wilson State Park. Deer have not been hunted on this ranch since 2007, so local herd numbers have increased greatly. Bucks on the ranch range in size from 150-170” on average. However, bucks as big as 191 3/8” have been taken on this property. Archery hunts during November can be based around the rut. The land supports one and a half miles of premier, heavily-wooded creek bottom. Vegetation includes milo, corn, wheat and CRP. Several feeders are set up throughout the ranch and plenty of tree stands cover prime hunting locations. In 2011, we will also be adding food plots of mainly soybeans and other attractants. Draw tags are available every other year, but there are usually leftover tags available. Lodging includes small cabins with domestic amenities. We provide you with a full time cook, three meals a day and experienced guides. Excellent pheasant hunting opportunities are also available during the day or after taking your buck.
